Frequently asked questions
What is included in the mailing club subscription?
Each month's envelope is built around a different colour theme. Inside, you'll find a signed 5×7 art print that is different each month and a letter exploring the history and stories behind that month's colour.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! The Art Envelope travels worldwide. Wherever you are, a little piece of art can find its way to your mailbox.
When does it ship?
Each edition is prepared and sent towards the end of the month. Subscribe by the 20th to receive that month's edition. Subscriptions placed after the 20th will begin with the following month's edition.
What if my mail doesn't arrive?
Since the envelope is sent without tracking to keep subscription costs low, mail can occasionally be delayed or lost in the post. If your print hasn’t arrived a few weeks after it ships please email me at contact@anastanartstudio.com and I'll do my best to help.
Please allow at least 25 days from the 20th of each month for UK orders and 40 days for International orders before chasing.
Can I cancel?
Absolutely. The Art Mailing Club is a monthly subscription, and you can cancel at any time before your next renewal date. No long-term commitment, just a little art in your mailbox for as long as you wish.
